“Excellent customer service; had an installation query about the light fittings and LD got in touch with the manufacturer and had the answer within 24 hrs. Really good returns policy so you can buy with confidence. Delivery timing was exact;y as advertised (although the American date system made me do a double take until I worked it out) and the fittings were well packaged. They will be my first port of call in future.”

“Items delivered very quickly. There was a slight manufacturing defect with one of the bulbs and not Lightbulbs direct fault. Customer services were very easy to contact and most helpful. Everything was sorted in an easy manner without barriers. It is nice when you deal with a company that go out of their way to assist and I will remember them for future purchases.”
