“I ordered these bulbs because they don't appear to be stocked by any of our local stores. Although this was a very small order your confirmation response was immediate, and your delivery exactly as stated. As far as I am concerned that equates to a first class service.”

“Four of the bulbs arrived broken due, in my view to poor packaging. I phoned and spoke to a very nice lady who explained that they always use Jiffy bags as boxes would not be suitable. She readily agreed to repllace the broken ones and this morning 10 new ones arrived in perfect order, well packed. Their customer service is excellent an it's good dealing with a UK company with realpeople..”

“These bulbs were used in an ancient but well maintained gas fire. At first I thought, because the fire was old, that they would be difficult to replace but an online search found Lightbulbs Direct.
