“I bought a bolbs for the lamp. All bulbs arrives in time. But I found that all bulbs (it was shipment of glass bulbs) was broken by postal service. I informed compny and they substituted me all broken bulbs in 2 days. Great service!”

“A neighbour's circular fluorescent light bulb gave up the ghost, but when I removed it I noticed that although there were some identifying markings on it, they were faded and worn away (this bulb was at least fifteen years on the ceiling). I couldn't read the model number - only the brand name - Compton. So, I called Compton, I described the bulb and provided measurements in order to confirm what I required. They then directed me to Lightbulbs direct where on entering the proper reference number given to me by the lady at Compton, I found and ordered the replacement. It was shipped the same day and on the following day the bulb arrived perfectly wrapped. The process from order, to shipping was emailed to me so that I knew what was going on. I had told my neighbour that she'd more than likely be without a ceiling light in her kitchen for at least a week....it was two days - one cannot really ask for more.”

“Superb service, I was down to my last spare lightbulb when I needed to replace one. I quickly logged on the Lightbilbs Direct and found the bulb I was looking for. With a few more clicks of the mouse I was anle to find a fantastic offer of ten bulbs. Check out was simple, delivery was reasonable. My package arrived within a couple of days and was well-protected when it did. That was all I needed. I'm very happy with the whole experience.”
