“Good range of bulbs at competitive prices and I like that you can buy multi packs, as many if my light fittings need more than one bulb. Website easy to navigate, with selection, ordering and payment very good. Standard delivery times was good too.”

“Service from Light Bulbs Direct was fine, easy to select the product, and check out. However the Royal Mail 24 was very poor, considering I paid for this service it tooK three days to arrive, after going on a sightseeing trip round the country. email updates were inaccurate, avoid.”

“My first order was a mistake the bulbs were the wrong size. I sent these back and I am still waiting for a refund!. Although it was my mistake my eyesight at th time was not good. I did return them unopened.”

“unfortunately the post service took 3 days to deliver the parcel. THey kep writing notes to say nobody was in and the would try again the next day. THe second day I stayed in all day but did not hear anybody ring the doorbell. Parcel eventually found left in back garden on day 3. I never contacted the company as the situation was out of their control”
