“I am very happy with your service. My order arrived in super quick time. And the packaging was terrific. My only disappointment is that the bulbs are not as WHITE as the one I ordered from you before. That one is VERY WHITE My new ones are more creamy white. However that is probably my own fault. But thank you I will be ordering from you again when I need new bulbs. Regards Valerie”

“Good quality light bulbs - unlike those sold by some of the high street electrical shops that tend to sell unknown brands of dubious quality when it comes to non-standard products . The only reason you didn't get a 5 star rating was because of the delay in processing the order at your end, which was presumably due to staffing issues associated with Covid 19.”

“I put the type of dimmable bulb in search, that I required. I went for the cheaper one. Once they arrived, I was gutted to see they were not dimmable. It didn’t say that on the website. I will have to pay for return unfortunately. Other than that, they got here relatively quick and packaged well.”
