“Placed order on line which was accepted on 28th November '20. Received E Mail from Light Bulbs direct on 1st December stating that the item I ordered was " Out of Stock " but was expected back in stock w/c 7th December '20 and was I happy to wait until stock arrived. I replied that I was happy to wait for stock to arrive provided that it did not delay beyond 14th December. To my surprise and disappointment, I received an E mail on 9th December '20 telling me that my order was cancelled with no explanation. So here I am with no light bulb and no explanation. Very disappointed !!. Peter Hill”
