“Not what I thought! Although i was reasonably pleased with the ease of finding products on the website i was disappointed by the comparative slowness of delivery (but that can be blamed on Royal Mail which takes ages for anything) and the fact that the light bulb I bought is rated F. I was not made aware of this or I would have bought something else. Anything below A on the new rating is not what I want!”

“I bought two light bulbs that I couldn’t find anywhere else. One worked perfectly the other was brocken inside the bulb so was annoying but I informed them of this with a video on the day of delivery and received a replacement a couple days later”
