Finally I called 7 times in a row, they did finally answer only to hang up! So annoyed as I paid to have them delivered FedEx Priority (an extra £9.95) and was really needing these bulbs urgently! Poor communication and poor customer service.”

“The strip light says 284mm on the box but is in fact 279mm. I phoned to report this and left a message asking for a return call but no response. Received an email today to rate the service and phoned again to be met with an answering machine. Please get in touch with me to rectify this.”
