“Has not turned up after 16 days, nobody responds to emails or returns calls and then sends out a survey to say it has arrived and am I happy when it hasn't turned up. Terrible service”

Finally I called 7 times in a row, they did finally answer only to hang up! So annoyed as I paid to have them delivered FedEx Priority (an extra £9.95) and was really needing these bulbs urgently! Poor communication and poor customer service.”
