“Delivery not received on time and I paid higher option for next day delivery. I ended up not receiving my goods on time as promised plus I didn't receive a the delivery fees refund.”

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We did contact you shortly after dispatch to assist, and according to FedEx tracking, delivery was attempted on three separate occasions. The parcel was then successfully collected on the 27th.
As the delivery was attempted multiple times and ultimately collected, we’re unfortunately unable to refund delivery charges in this instance.
For future orders, we’d recommend ensuring a complete and accurate delivery address, or selecting a safe place or collection option where possible to avoid delays.

“After 13 years my Philips "non-replaceable" Wake-up Light bulb finally went the way of the do-do. Having 'broken' into it I found it was a PL-C type. A serach led me eventually to Light Shop Direct as it seemed, given the information (which was more than some others I could dtermine), the correct fitment and type. After a while managed to fit the new one, put everything back together, gingerly turned on the light. Presto! It was all working again. Hopefully, many more years of use to come with a new bulb. It was extremely well packed in a strong cardboard sleeve and rolled up inside yards of bubble wrap.
