“Both the lads I spoke to were helpful. They did their best but FedEx are idiots. Turns out you can't fold fluorescent tubes or transporting... The first came folded in half and the replacement didn't come at all. Great service from light shop but collection is probably the way forward for longer tubes. They refunded me quickly with no issues.”
