However couple days later got a phone call saying 1 of the blinds was discontinued yet it was still on the website! They would send samples but then I got email saying my whole order had been refunded.

After much back and forth (and the implication that this mess was my own fault for having a non-standard order- even though they assured me they could do it), I asked Jake to refund the section of my order that they acknowledged was faulty and I would go elsewhere as so much had gone wrong.

Purchased 4 blinds for my bedroom windows, arrived dirty, they sent replacements, yet again dirty and dangerous jagged edges on the pole ends. Refund finally given after sending photos in. I can’t get any blinds now for Christmas and have family coming to stay. Very disappointed, will not use this company again.

Quality of the product was not good at all. Took over three weeks from returning the faulty blinds before they would give a refund. Would not recommend this company for Velux blinds, you are better to pay a bit extra and buy the real Velux ones direct.
”
