“The adviser, Mark, was helpful, friendly, informative, and presented my options clearly in everyday English. He answered all my questions fully, made quite sure the policy was right for me and my financial situation, and followed our initial conversation with email confirmations and updates. He kept me up-to-date with what was happening, and altogether made me feel that I was a really important and valued customer. I shall definitely recommend this service to friends.”

“I felt that the whole service was very good and well explained. However, I received an email and letter from L&G giving details of my supposed authority given for them to obtain a medical report from my GP. I was not asked this question so this was completed by the online person without my knowledge. There was no need for this as I would not have withheld my permission but I am just irritated about the way it was done. Sneaky.”
