“I agreed with everything the lady told me, but my only request was I needed to stop my previous insurance otherwise I end up pay two at a time. But the request was ignored and was started on 24.2.18 instead of 1.4.18. That’s the reason I had to stop Legal and General. Thanks, Pedro”

“I asked to covered for 150,000 Legal and General are only covering me for 70,000 tried to phone on the no. given...no reply. So now I'm going to have to sort it with them myself and it probably is going to cost me more than was quoted. But thanks anyway.”

“I said I wanted to take out a policy for 30 pounds a month and said that I wanted written correspondence as I'm not good on computers and I have not had anything from them . They told me to register online and couldn't as I had no number to put in .I don't even no if I have this insurance and can't get any response .if I don't have word by letter I will not be paying direct debits .”
