“Advertisements that do not show the product, but instead say "In December, British citizens can get THIS" with a clickbait picture. This is luring older people into a false sense of security. A very scummy way to advertise life insurance.”

“Expect to see quotes not to be told that a advisor will be cold calling me..... why can't you let people see what is available and then call to discuss the options. This way the advisor calls and potential customer has nothing to hide his/ hers decision”

“Only one policy set up instead of two. I was to be the contact but they wouldn’t let me discuss it. They wouldn’t let me get in touch with the broker. Your telephone number on your website put me through to a totally different broker.”
