I felt that the whole service was very good and well explained. However, I received an email and letter from L&G giving details of my supposed authority given for them to obtain a medical report from my GP. I was not asked this question so this was completed by the online person without my knowledge. There was no need for this as I would not have withheld my permission but I am just irritated about the way it was done. Sneaky.
