“I cannot fault the equipment and the response from staff on setting up the unit . This was super efficient, very friendly and super helpful . However, when calling the company a day earlier to enquire why we had not received our order the man who dealt with the call was extremely rude and dismissive, even ending the call without saying goodbye. Not a great advert for your company!”

“There was a bit of confusion,when I had a replacement buzzer, it wouldn't connect, cos at the same time a change of internet supply into which telephone lead had to be put into the hub instead of the socket.
Spoke to a very polite and helpful young,sorry don't remember his name he was very helpful and explained things. So that took over the frustration of the first part of this feed back.
Hopefully now that everything is going digital this will help you to change a few things in paper instruction.
All in all I'm so glad I have a buzzer again on my wrist. Like the new style

“It was my iniative to have this, for peace of mind for friends and relatives - increasingly so as I get wobblier and more likely to fall in house and garden. My recent problem with it has been the over-sensitivity of the call button which I wiear round my neck, but that is a fault on the right side. Your responders are always courteous about re-setting it. even when I am not. I am irritated about being disturbed by the offer of help when I don't need it!”
“Seems fine but not used for its purpose so cannot comment. Sent for postal form as google auto complete interrupts trying to fill the form in and was a nightmare switched of auto complete but switched itself on again so gave up. My wife and I got to fall dongles in our package but once again the paper form does not leave room for two users I phone in the end and gave our details and shall just fill any odd details not completed by phone, also there seems no means of the operator knowing which of us has alerted the respective dongle my concern is if I fall in the garden and my wife who is housebound could think she had set it off in error and say all was well and I could be in trouble out side.
As I say cannot really comment until it’s needed every one I have spoken to is very helpful and seem knowledgeable of the product.”

“This has overlapped with my phone-call -Replacement machine works well but I need to stop this service when current contract expires at end of September as user now got dementia and had full time carer. Alarm is generally good but fall detectors don't work if client falls close to ground and pendant is hanging inside pyjamas.”

“I paid 12 months up front and set up direct debit about 3 weeks ago and 1st box arrived and would not work properly it would contact you without me pressing any buttons and person kept calling me by a completely wrong name so I complained and was told a, person would ring me in the morning this never happened so later in the afternoon I rang and person said sounds like box is faulty so another was sent out and this did exactly the same so I complained again and eventually was told they were analogue boxes and a, digital would be sent with no extra set of fee this arrived and had problems so I complained last Thursday and a, guy rang me Friday saying some body would ring me about compensation for the stress - 5 days later and I've heard nothing”
