“The alarm arrived the day after the order was placed. The setup was straightforward and the staff were extremely helpful when it came to testing. The alarm has not been in place long enough to comment on its efficacy.”

“This replacement alarm has been troublesome the instructions to set it up was confusing only by phoning customer service i was informed that the instructions given were all wrong and not complicated like the instructions given .
The next problems were the alarm going off by itself yes I did get through to someone to give help but the alarm was going off automatically it took three people to stop the alarm as it was just going off into a loop .I hope that it's now sorted as I worry if won't work when I need it .”
