The actual lifeline was OK whilst my mother-in-law had it, but she has recently gone into a nursing home so it was sent back. Although we did this, I have had the next years subscription removed from my bank account. Trying to get a refund is difficult as they want all your bank details and they are not encrypted. đŸ˜©

I hadn't realised my old alarm wasn't working until someone phoned me. I received my new one the very next day. Whilst setting it up I didn't quite manage to do it properly. I had to speak several.people before it was up and running and each person was lovely. Very patient. Brilliant service

Very easy to set up and the test calls were dealt with by calm and friendly efficiency at the call centre. Very happy that my Mum now has another level of care. Thank you.

What can I say about this service. It is absolutely fantastic. My mum had a fall and only for the alarm it was life saving. The team member talked to her and contacted me and also rang an ambulance. Later on the team member rang my daughter to see how my mum was. This service is worth its weight in gold. Joanne Lundy

My daughter first contacted Lifeline 24 on my behalf. The staff answering our questions were helpful and cooperative. We decided to go ahead and place an order The order was received promptly. The setting up of the equipment was straightforward. Testing was also straightforward and the staff were very efficient and pleasant when we made contact.

Didi at LifeConnect24 was very helpful and advised what package would suit my mum best. Very polite and informative. Arrived next day. Staff very helpful whilst setting up the alarm. I feel this will help all the family and that we have peace of mind on my my still living independently.

Excellent service both set up and use. My father in law fell and life connect contacted all responders almost immediately. So great peace of mind that if he falls again he won’t be lying on floor all night. Would highly recommend.

When I received the new alarm it didn't work. I spoke to your technical team and they suggested I revert to the old alarm, which partially works and I have returned the new one to you. Not much good.

Nice people to do business with. Prompt delivery. Easy to set up. Easy to use - even for my blind, deaf but still independent 90 year old mum. Helpful phone help line. Peace of mind for us when we live 20 miles away. Prompt returns. What more can I say - order one.

First system arrived and had not had my account linked to it and was then told by customer services “ it is what it is we will have to send another” someone eventually linked it to the account so they would know who’s emergency it was. Replacement unit turned up next day and didn’t work at all.
