“Customer service virtually non existant. Three attempts to call by phone went unanswered after several minutes on different days. Tech support eventually responded to a request I placed through the emergenc number at the second attempt. Emergency team always answered our call, but a little slow. But at least they answered!”

Not so good: reception when trying to talk to office, very noisy, could not hear instructions
Our problem: user cannot speak so method of reporting problem will not work. our vonnage phone line may be making reply more difficult

Bought for my 89 year old father who has started to find some difficulty getting around his flat and has had a number of falls, but being stubborn insists on continuing to live his own life to the full in his wn familiar surroundings Set up of equipment was easy with clear instructions and helpful staff interaction during the testing stages. Although initial delays were encountered, which was a little disconcerting, but it was explained they were dealing with a large volume of calls, and were most apologetic. We added the fall detection service for peace of mind.
Father rather likes that he gets a good morning check up every morning since installation, thus making sure that he is okay. I would reccomend installing a key safe thus allowing access to emergency services if the choosen listed contacts are uncontactable and it is necessary for emergency staff to gain access if necessary. Overall we are very satisfied.”
