Upon return of the items our Returns team will photograph the items to ensure that no equipment is misplaced.
As all equipment is provided on a rental basis, there is a charge for any equipment not returned to us.

“Order for my dad on the recommendation of the hospital, paid the £154 out of his pension. Didn’t get home had to go to respite tried to cancel and get a refund. As it was over the 30 days they will not give a refund. It had not even been opened or activated I am disappointed in this service and would not recommend.”

“Although i found it a little daunting to install, i did it.
Check you have a power supply before you start, otherwise you’ll be like me, and have to buy an extender to complete the install.
My mum was impressed by the friendliness of the Lifeline team who tested the alarm and this put her mind at rest.”
“Your policy of not part refunding annual payments when someone dies (4 months in) leaves a very bad impression of your company. It makes you seem mercenary and we will not be recommending to others”

“Ordered and delivered in less than twelve hours so very pleased.
Oldest son set it up with no bother and then rang and went through all the tests with lovely people at the other end. All very clear and the pendant is so light I don't know I am wearing it.”
“There was an initial problem with Royal Mail and the delivery. Once received it was fairly easy to set up in the house. The form to fill in to set up details was a little daunting and it did take some time.
The staff on the telephone were first class, always helpful and always kind. I do hope my partner doesn't need the service but it has taken a weight off my mind to know he is now much safer he is with the alarm system in place.”
