“Issues when the alarm was first set up had to phone 4 times before someone rang me back to sort it. Not good if something happens if you can't solve issues till the day after and then only after I kept calling.”
“I recently moved home and took my Lifeline24 with me. I contacted them when I was having issues with my telephone line and it’s suitability for transfer to the new all fibre tine.
Great news, I could upgrade to the digital pack which is brill fibre compliant (sounds like a a pack of breakfast food!!), which would be an additional cost of £40. Within 24 hrs I received a pack containing a new digital device, pendant and full instructions on how to set up and test the line.
I am delighted with the services I received and that I have a new set of equipment that not only works efficiently but looks good too.
The whole thing operates without having to be connected to the telephone line. Just need a broadband connection. Couldn’t be more simple.”
