Excellent service as the main unit was malfunctioning after a Internet disruption. They supplied a new unit next day.

Great service while the person is alive but after a death when they should issue a promised refund they send it back to the deceased persons closed credit card, allegedly - really unhelpful & they couldn't care less. 2 months later & still no refund to a live account as promised. Use a different company - just dreadful

Amazingly fast delivery and good set up. My mother feels secure now and if she sets off the monitor accidentally, the person on the other end is reassuring and not at all judgemental!

Arrived quickly. Simple to set up went live with no problems. Happy to run all necessary tests. Bit disappointed on testing the falls watch,it didn’t appear to dial automatically if I moved with in 20 seconds, operator said it only dials if person stays still . So not sure how it’s going to pan out. As not being used yet by person.

Service excellent. Clear vocal instructions. Very quick to answer the button press upon set up. Only small issue is the unit doesn’t seem to like going through multiple brick walls as we cannot get signal for the button around some of the out-buildings outside of the house, however on straight sight from the base unit the range is good.

I m very pleased and happy with my new unit thank yiu and when my daughter and son in law ser it up and did the tests we were very impressed with the Rapid Response from you . My husband has had an alarm for almost a year. It stopped working and Lifeconnect24 sent another 2 that also didn't work and we were unable to speak with the staff when pressing the lifeline! However they sent us a new model which apparently is 4g and this one is working but my husband is struggling to use this model as it doesn't make any sound like the previous one it just vibrates when you press the button. The design needs to be reviewed.

Have returned equipment. Have had mixed messages from staff. Have communicated with staff. Have never had a response from my letter enclosed with package now reply from e mail.
