Setup as instructed, removing 3 telephones from the main BT socket, and reattaching as instructed. Tested the main device and made contact with the Lifeline Operator, and proceeded to test the pendant device in a couple of locations and while another phone had a ringtone.

“Ordered it on a Friday afternoon and set it up the following day, after my father aged 89 fell in his room in the early hours of the morning and had to wait 4 hours until he was found. Two days after setting it up (yesterday) we received a phone call at 4 am from Lifeline, saying the alarm had been activated but they could not make out what my father was shouting. Jumped in the car only to find my Father on the floor again, except this time he didn't have to wait for someone to find him. Lifeline has paid for itself in the first week of use and giving us the reassurance he is safe. We opted for him to wear the wrist band as opposed to around the neck... a great little piece of kit and highly recommend it!”
