“Early days as yet but friendly, helpful sales staff and prompt delivery. Fairly easy to set up but needed assistance as mum has Virgin phone & internet. Would be good if that was covered in the set up manual but customer service chap was very good at explaining. All tested and mum has the fall detector on her wrist so, so far so good! Much needed peace of mind that she will get prompt support if she falls again.”

“So far so good. I purchased this for my mother whose 81 and with a lot of health issues and is prone to fainting which could be bad for her. I have recently started working and although here with her at Evenings and weekends when I am at work I won't be. The alarm was very easy to install and simple to follow and the staff were very polite with my mother and prompt. They tested the system in the garden as she loves her gardening and it pick up mum as well.

I was in the garage and the phone went, I walked, slowly, from the garage to the main room where a phone is sited and as I went to pick up the phone a lady said, ''hallo, are you alright ? I did ask Lifeline24 for a printout of the contacts and medication etc that I provided the company with - but they were unable to do this. The information was completed on the online form but I did not have the option of printing it off. I think this is something the company should be able to provide me with as it is my information”

The earlier two Life items did mot seem to work. The services was later replaced a by a new model.
The new model was easily fixed to the Mann switch.
Did a test call to the Customer Services and it has since working efficiently.

“Wonderful product, but fine untill you don't need it any more and wish to cancel it. They have strung me along for 2 years , the wrist monitor was returned two years ago so made the machine unworkable and the customer services rep, told me to put the mains part in the cupboard until I needed it again. They managed to debit a credit card that has been cancelled and now only offer 50% refund . Just hoping I receive this ok as all my trust in this company has gone.
