“Have had to use the fall alarm a number of times in the last few weeks and it is reassuring to know help is at hand. The call operators are always efficient and respond quickly and are pleasant to speak to. This service is a real life saver.”

“Excellent sales and service team. Arrived next day and was extremely easy to set up. Although we're hoping Dad won't need it he has accidently pressed the button, response was really quick and sympathetic which has put my Dads's mind at ease and made us feel a lot more comfortable about him living alone.”

“I did not order a new alarm. I do not have a new alarm. A new alarm was sent to me in error and was returned via Royal Mail on Saturday 04.11.2023”

“The person I spoke to named Samuel was so curtious and most helpful when I applied for Lifeline 24. I have told 2 friends of your company and they will definitely be contacting you. When I mistakenly set of my alarm the lady that contacted us was so lovely to talk to. We are feeling so much secure now and know your only on the other end for your super support.
