“The people I spoke to in Customer service and the alarm team were very helpful. This is the first time in having an alarm so I was confused and disappointed that when it arrived there were no instructions in the box on how to set up and connect to WiFi.”

“I did a lot of research looking for the right kind of alarm and monitoring system for my mother, before arriving at LifeConnect24 as having the most suitable product and at very good value. I received very detailed and trustworthy advice from the team before making the final decision. The pendant is small, light and attractive (which was important to my mother). The base station took seconds to install. One communicates through it with a helpful team to finalise set up and for periodic checking. No chatbots or automated answers, but nice, real people! Everything has worked smoothly, and the team has also been helpful when the time has come to close down the account.”

“Really easy set up and use. I filled out the starter form and that was the most challenging thing about this system but easy. I tested the equipment by simply pressing a button and then it was all sorted and ready to go. Could not be happier with the product so far and I feel safer with the piece of mind of moving around at home and help being called if needed.”
