Excellent service from the start, so helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The lady we dealt with was Bee, she really put my mind at rest. Excellent price compared to others. Online form really simple to complete. I'm confident my mum has a really good system in place.

Excellent service, all the people you speak to are really helpful and guide you through the process. It has given me and my family peace of mind that my Nan is supported when in her home and can use the button if needed.

Unfortunately at a time when we needed to be alerted to a fall my Mother-in-Law had following a stroke the alarm did not go off, which meant she was lying on the floor for over 17 hours. Cancelling the policy hasn’t worked either as 3 months after her death the money has been deducted from my account.

Very easy to set up and to run all the tests. Helpful and friendly staff at the other end of the line. I feel very reassured that mum will be able to manage the alarm should she need it. I hope she doesn't!

Suddenly finding myself living on my own, I was not frightened but I did feel slightly wary about being alone in my property and especially during the night. I felt that I needed a lifeline to give me peace of mind knowing that I could always call for help in an emergency situation. I looked at several lifeline options and sought the advice of trusted friends. Together, we felt that Lifeline24 offered the best service and value for money, particularly the Lifetime Plan which I moved on to knowing that I will need my lifeline for evermore now. The ordering process was quick and easy and I had my lifeline next working day. Set up was easy too and the staff at Lifeline24 have been so friendly and helpful. From the day my lifeline arrived and was set up, I have felt so much happier and relaxed about being on my own in my bungalow day and night knowing that help is only a button press away. Luckily we haven’t had to use Lifeline yet but the help we received when installing it was first class. There was a slight problem with mum's telephone line but that was soon sorted out and we are now up and running.

The lifeline I ordered on-line for my mother arrived within 24 hours..... Excellent It was easy to set up and the help from the company to test the unit & pendant was fantastic. I would highly recommend Lifeline 24. Many thanks.

Purchased as I'd recently had a fall. Very easy to set up, my daughter did it! Instructions written clearly and with pictures. Pendant not as heavy as expected but did expect battery to be covered. Unit very neat and easy to use. Not used it for real yet, thankfully!

I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that the back cover of the device you have is often mistaken for a battery as it is a round metal one, however it is securely fastened and waterproof to an IP67 rating.
