“My mum has a lifeline pendant. Initially she wasn’t too happy having one but after falling and breaking her pelvis in 2 places she agreed to, only for 3 months though we were told! That was 18 months ago! She wears it under her clothes and forgets she has it on. On several occasions she has unknowingly caught the button and immediately she had a response from Lifeline! The lifeline operatives are really helpful and informative and very caring towards mum. It’s very easy to install and very clear.
