Got fall alert for my dad coming out of hospital staff were so helpful with setting and up and checking it worked and so friendly.

I am a GP and asked my District Nurse to recommend an alarm for my mother. I’m very impressed and have no complaints. The customer service is excellent with kind calm people who reassure her when she accidentally activates it (she has a automatic fall alarm) . She fell soon after she had it and found it worked perfectly ( she is not IT savvy). I have just bought a key safe from lifeline to use alongside her alarm.

I a very disappointed that I was not offered a price for Pension Credit, and this equipment is essential. I still have not received this, and advertised "in Stock". My family are devastated about this, and live so far away.

I have tracked your order and this shows as being due for delivery today. We are the cheapest national provider of the Lifeline system and always do our best to keep our prices as affordable as can be for what is often such an essential system. So far so good. Great product, received quickly & relatively easy to set up. Staff were great during testing. The line was a bit crackly & my Mum struggled to hear the lady who answered. I hope she never needs to push the button but time will tell I guess. Excellent value for all round peace of mind.

Very impressed with the alarm and also the monitoring centre, we have had the system just over a month in which time my Dad has had a couple of falls but managed to use his wrist alarm to call for help

We decided to purchase the Vibby Fall Detector Lifeline device following my father in laws recent stroke. It’s quick and easy to set up and most importantly It’s given my wife and her dad peace of mind, they are both sleeping a lot better know help is just a button push away.

I’m afraid my Lifeline 24 has not been a success. It appeared to be interfering with my wifi so I disconnected it. Now the wifi is working we have had two attempts to reconnect it but it doesn’t work. When I have some spare time I will ring your helpline. I like the little dished alarm.

Dear Ursula, Thank you for getting in touch. I am very sorry to hear of the difficulties you have experienced with the setup of your alarm. The alarms we use work completely independently from the broadband. In fact, you shouldn't even need to touch your internet connection in order to set up the alarm. This would suggest there has been a slight error in the installation of your alarm - but should be a very quick and easy fix.
