“Firstly I have just transferred my nan from 1 company to lifeline24 equipment turned up today 20/3/21 set-up was so easy we done all 3 test now we have a big garden so nan walked right to the end of her garden and pressed the pendant button...and it still connected to the box absolutely amazing customer care team and the equipment is top of the range its so clear you can hear every word the team say on the other side”

“I am a GP and asked my District Nurse to recommend an alarm for my mother. I’m very impressed and have no complaints. The customer service is excellent with kind calm people who reassure her when she accidentally activates it (she has a automatic fall alarm) . She fell soon after she had it and found it worked perfectly ( she is not IT savvy). I have just bought a key safe from lifeline to use alongside her alarm.”

We are the cheapest national provider of the Lifeline system and always do our best to keep our prices as affordable as can be for what is often such an essential system. Because of this, we do not provide discounts for Pension Credit.

“So far so good. Great product, received quickly & relatively easy to set up.
Staff were great during testing. The line was a bit crackly & my Mum struggled to hear the lady who answered. I hope she never needs to push the button but time will tell I guess.
