“Terry was punctual, actually early for our pick up, helpful with our bags and loading our wheelchair passenger. He was funny too!! I would use him again anytime I was in London.”

“Tony brought my husband, who is a power wheelchair user, and I from London Heathrow to Southampton under a tight deadline to catch a cruise. Very professional and reassuring and took the stress out of the journey. Thanks 😊”

“Yesterday, Licensed London Taxi provided transport for myself and my extended Turkish family during a 4-hour tour of London. Paul and Tony drove two black cabs in convoy, and they were both professional, friendly, and efficient, making the journeys between our eight different stops smooth and enjoyable. The cabs were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, and the coordination between the two drivers was seamless. We felt completely at ease and well looked after from start to finish. This was a 10/10 experience, and I would highly recommend Licensed London Taxi to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transport in London.”

“Terry Is very helpful and arrived in in good time, Terry pushed Dad into the cab up the ramps in his wheelchair where he was secured in to the cab for the journey, everything went smoothly for his hospital appointment and got back to His care home in time for lunch,”

“On a six hour layover in London, we booked a city tour with Lee. It was a wonderful experience for all. Lee was always ready to open the door for us and prompt narrating the different places he drove by. The car was clean and fit comfortably our family of five. Lee made sure to stop on all the places we asked for, from Abbey Road, though the houses of famous musicians, to St. Paul Cathedral, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Prince Diana memorial, and of course the mandatory stop by Jimmy Page's home. Lee drove us back to the airport on time, and left a desire of returning to UK and visiting again. God bless”

“We booked a London Cab for our daughter's wedding. The taxi looked great, the driver (Paul) was punctual and friendly. The air conditioning was amazing on a boiling day. The taxi delivered the bride in style and was ready for a number of other journeys - getting family to the town hall and the reception. Very impressed.”

“This driver was amazing. He went over and above for my mum who is disabled. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He was extremely polite and courteous and was prompt and very kind & respectful. Have no hesitation in using again. Thank you.”

“Geoff was the best. My flight was hugely delayed getting in to stansted - he kept in communication with me and let me know he would be waiting. I was 4.5 hours late and it was 4am by the time i arrived. Great service”

“The service was great and drivers were very helpful. Used a few times flying in and out of London on different occasions and each was a great experience. On our final leg, Terry was very helpful transporting us from Heathrow to Gatwick for a connection with a very tight window. We really appreciated the accommodations made to get us there on time:”

“The pick up at London Heathrow was seamless. Lee had contacted me prior to our arrival with instructions and options on where to meet him. We chose to make our own way to the departure level and Lee arrived within minutes. He was chatty during our hotel transfer. It was a pleasure to meet him. I have used London Taxi on previous visits and they will be my "go to" on any future trips.”

“Lee was nothing but kind pleasant and very nice to me and my daughter very helpful with wheelchair great chat and I enjoyed the whole journey my daughter has had 45 surgeries in London from birthday and we travel from Belfast and my daughter who is 10 said it was her favourite journey yet and she can’t wait to catch up again. Great service thanks Lee look forward to see you in future”
