“I had to contact the seller as I accidentally put the wrong address in at checkout, he responded very quickly and made sure it still arrived on time for the recipients birthday. The hamper was very well received.”

“Disappointed with slow delivery. Ordered on 28/12/19. Delivery date shown on purchase page was 01/01/20. May take between 5-7days delivery to EU (Ireland) but arrived on 13/01/20.”

“The hampers are a great idea. However, the one I ordered on 17th December for a Christmas gift still has not arrived even though today is 30th December and it was supposedly dispatched on 20th December. I do not recommend this service for gifts and am unlikely to use it again as I don’t trust it.”

“This is a great service and we have used it several times. We live in New Zealand and some of our family live in London. Lettebox hamper means we can give them gifts without delivery worries. The contents of the hamper are always good quality. Thank you Jonathan and team.”

“I sent two letterbox hampers as Christmas gifts to friends and family who had proved hard to deliver to in previous years (I'm overseas so hand delivery is not an option). Both arrived on time, without fuss and were appreciated by their recipients. The hampers were easy to order and I was kept informed of their progress. Top marks, well done!!!”
