“The hampers are a great idea. However, the one I ordered on 17th December for a Christmas gift still has not arrived even though today is 30th December and it was supposedly dispatched on 20th December. I do not recommend this service for gifts and am unlikely to use it again as I don’t trust it.”

“I sent Letter Box hampers to two friends for Christmas. The boxes arrived well packed and intact, both arriving on the designated dates. Great feedback from the recipients. I will definitely use this service again!”

“This is a great service and we have used it several times. We live in New Zealand and some of our family live in London. Lettebox hamper means we can give them gifts without delivery worries. The contents of the hamper are always good quality. Thank you Jonathan and team.”

“I sent two letterbox hampers as Christmas gifts to friends and family who had proved hard to deliver to in previous years (I'm overseas so hand delivery is not an option). Both arrived on time, without fuss and were appreciated by their recipients. The hampers were easy to order and I was kept informed of their progress. Top marks, well done!!!”

“Christmas gift for my husband who is so difficult to buy for. He loved the selection of cheeses, nuts and biscuits and the chutney. Such a lovely gift, beautifully wrapped and so unusual.”
