“Hamper was delivered on the requested date and was much enjoyed (charcuterie hamper). I appreciated being kept informed of delivery. Would consider using again, especially for a gift whilst physical shopping is so limited.”

“What a perfect gift. My son in Tokyo sent me one when I had Covid and the 'Healthy and Wellness' Hamper was the perfect thing to reach for as my appetite returned in an 'on and off' manner. As a consquence I got two (for my BF and her sister) as they came down with the virus. Its SO hard to know what to get for people who have lost their appetite and are so very unwell. Well this is perfect and it arrived very quickly.”

“I ordered a hamper on 13th Jan 2021. It still hasn't arrived and No-one is replying to emails or getting back to me regarding the hamper. VERY DISAPPOINTED and £33 out of pocket.”

“Paid for next day delivery which did not come on time. Tried to contact company using email, instagram and Facebook and never received a reply. Some items were not what I ordered- they had been replaced. I was not informed of this. One of the items I ordered had broken up inside it’s packaging.”

“Hi, we knew about your company because our daughter sent my husband a letterbox hamper for his birthday last year. We were so impressed by the quality of food and the classy packaging that we wanted to use you again. We were not dissapointed and neither was the friend that we sent it too. Love the choice of packaging colour and attention to detail. we will definitely be using you again, thank you.”

“In January 2021 I ordered a Charcuterie hamper as a birthday present. Jonathan dealt with my questions promptly and reassuringly. Even better, he despatched the hamper in a timely manner and it arrived on the required day. Better still, the recipient was delighted with quality and originality of the contents. I shall certainly be ordering Letter Box Hampers as gifts in the future.”

“The cheese lover hamper was brought for a 70th birthday for a friend. A bit delay in delivery, due to a supply problem, so arrived after the birthday. So thats why 4 out of 5, plus needed to email to find out reason. Instead of being advised of the delay before requested delivery date. But thoroughly enjoyed, quality was excellent and a lovely present.”
