“Having placed the order prior to 2pm as per website info and paid additional for next day delivery item did not arrive for two days. Contacted Letterbox Hampers directly on a few occasions leaving a voicemail with details of delivery and my mobile number asking for someone to call me. Nobody made any attempt to call. Disappointing service delivery and lack of customer reply. Won’t be using again.”

“I just received one of your Letter Box Hampers as a birthday gift. How absolutely delightful! I didn't want to open the wrapper as it was so beautiful presented and then when I finally did I found another delight hidden inside - all this before I'd even got to the actual gift - also beautifully presented. Quite charming and a perfect surprise to arrive through the letter box. A wonderful idea and I shall now be using your site to send special gifts to those I love all over the world. Just perfect!”

“The wrong items were delivered in my hamper, as it was a gift and was delivered very close to Christmas I did not return the item but have sent correspondence to this company 3 times and am yet to receive any response.”

“although my daughter enjoyed the hamper when it arrived, the shine was taken of it has it was not delivered on her birthday. Why request a delivery date when you cant guarantee delivery. It arrived 4 days after her birthday.”

“What a perfect gift. My son in Tokyo sent me one when I had Covid and the 'Healthy and Wellness' Hamper was the perfect thing to reach for as my appetite returned in an 'on and off' manner. As a consquence I got two (for my BF and her sister) as they came down with the virus. Its SO hard to know what to get for people who have lost their appetite and are so very unwell. Well this is perfect and it arrived very quickly.”

“I ordered a hamper on 13th Jan 2021. It still hasn't arrived and No-one is replying to emails or getting back to me regarding the hamper. VERY DISAPPOINTED and £33 out of pocket.”
