An order I made on 4/4/20 which I requested to be delivered 11/4/20 my friends 30th birthday has still not arrived despite a notification to say it was in the post on the 10/4/20. I've emailed, left a voicemail and messages on social media to no response. Awful customer service.
Also the discount codes in a hamper I received are invalid. I loved receiving mine and put two orders in for friends since that have both not yet been received, very disappointing.
