“I firstly used their ask a question service and almost missed the email response as i did this about 6pm, it was answered the same day at abput 11pm which was totally unexpected. There were very help full with the response and advice also. Once i put an order through there was a minor problem, they followed up with both an email and phone call, once the problem was rectified the items were sent and recieved very quickly and were in great quality.”
