My Track 25 Low GTX confirmation #FEIFANQ8V was received 2/6/25 in new condition however upon putting the on they were tight. The ECCO box is labeled size EU 43, but the shoes are size EU 42 marked on the shoe inside soles.

We can confirm we dispatched the correct size that was ordered. We have not received any complaint from the customer and also no return request is created as of now. We have asked the customer to share images, unfortunately we have not received any reply yet.

Boots absolutely beautiful but unfortinately they are not suitable for my wife's feet. We have tried to return them using your " return policy" but we have not received anything and try as we may we can never get through by phone.So we are returning them by post, not worn, fully packed in origional materials and look forward to a full fefund.

Shoes are fine but their returns policy is utterly ridiculous. All conditional on their assessment of 'damage' to shoe wrappings within the parcel/shoe box means return is impossible ?Fortunately the shoes fit so I'm keeping them.

Price was good. Delivery was prompt. Packaging was awful. I'm guessing these boots are returns as the box and inner returns advice note were tatty. These are a gift so I am disappointed.

Hi Eva, Thank you for reporting this issue. Unfortunately, we were not able to cancel your order at that time as it was at the stage where we had already despatched the item. However, as we couldn't cancel we offered you a prepaid return label as we offer 30 days free return policy so you used that label to post the item back to us. We can confirm we have initiated a full refund also for this order. We advise customers to cancel the order immediately if you wish to before its dispatched.

Please be aware we operate a no quibble 30 day returns policy. A refund will be provided given items are returned back in their original condition as NEW and UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. The customer used the shoes and decided to return them back. We rejected the customer's return as the shoes are worn and we cannot sell the item as brand new.

We can confirm that the parcel was dispatched and shipped on time. But after further investigation, it has been brought to our attention that the delivery service we used had an unforeseeable delivery issue at the local depot. We apologise on behalf of the delivery service and for any inconvenience that was caused. We are taking steps to ensure all our customer receive their parcels by the estimated delivery date.

It was extremely difficult to do a refund. I tried to use the online form twice and no label came. I used the online chat and they said to email customer services for a label, no reply. I then had to call and ask for a label which did arrive quickly. I think it's unacceptable how difficult this process was in this day in age.

We had a system update error during the time the customer was trying to contact us to get a return label. We have since then fixed the technical issue. We request all our customers that if you are unable to generate a return label through our website, to please contact us via email: sales@legendfootwear.co.uk and we be more than happy to help you with your returns.

I ordered Finn comfort trainers in a size 8 (uk) but when they arrived they were a size 7.5/41, I had already had correspondence with you about sizing, since the Finn comfort sizing chart indicates that a size 8 was a size 41 and a 42 was a size 9, these sizes seem to be out of sync with most uk/eu sizes, yet on the shoe box the sizing said 7.5/41, not what I ordered and not what you were advertising on your website, as you were implying a size 8 was the same as a size 7.5/41

We have confirmed to the customer that size 8 UK in this style is size 41 EU and have dispatched the same as ordered. We can recognise that the box said 7.5 UK, though the shoes were size 41 EU as originally confirmed to them. We have reported this to our listing team to have it fixed. We have also offered the customer free returns and have already refunded their order upon receipt.

We received the order on 6th Feb ( Saturday) and we had this order dispatched on 8th Feb Monday and had this shipment delivered on 10th Feb within 2 days as the buyer selected the standard shipping service which normally delivers the parcels withing 2-3 days. We do not process any orders over the weekend and we have also mentioned this in our terms and conditions. We also adviser buyers to contact us before they leave negative feedback.

Bought some great boots from them but they fail to tell you they need to be protected with Hydrobloc cream so couldn’t wear them until I had ordered some and paid for delivery again.

We would like to confirm that the product that the customer order already comes in pre-treated with hydrobloc, however like any other similar shoes with this model, to maintain this it has to be reapplied. We have already communicated this with the customer and the issue has been resolved. The boots I ordered were not a genuine size and because of this had to return them of which I had to pay return postage, I called to query and told had to pay returns. Large box and heavy boots plus proof of postage will cost a fair bit - wish I'd checked returns policy as wouldn't have used this website if known.

The item is true to size. The customer placed an order for size 4 UK and we sent them the same. When the customer contacted us prior to their return, we informed them that it's the buyer who pays the return postage. This has also been mentioned on the return policy page available on our website.

The customer never contacted us, nor requested the return of the item purchased. We offer 30 days return policy for items which are unworn and in the original condition. We're also happy to revise any issues with the items outside of policy. We advise our customers to contact us with any queries they might have.

We never received any emails from the customer, nor any phone calls. We emailed the customer on 6 June 2019, provided them with the returns label and return instructions. We received the item back already and refund will be processed within 24h.

We received the order on 29 November 2018 and dispatched it on the following day via Royal Mail. The customer never contacted us in regards to this shipment. As per the tracking details, we can see that Royal Mail already passed the parcel over to Russia Post for final delivery. The parcel is at the sorting centre and will be delivered very soon. We contacted the customer and informed them about the delivery.

We checked the customer’s order and they have ordered narrow fitting. The width is also mentioned on the product page on our website. We sent correct size and fitting to them. We contacted the customer and provided them with the prepaid label to return the item back if it does not fit them. We double check each order before it is dispatched from the warehouse.

The site had/has an issue with payment by debit/credit cards. Payment was rejected four times using two different cards, yet four times the amount of my order (for each rejected payment) were blocked on my accounts for a week. Finally succeeded to pay for my order via PayPal. Also, on the check out page there is no possibility of entering a discount code.

The customer tried to place the order few times but the payment was declined by their bank. The third attempt was successful and we have shipped the order out. We informed the customer that they have not been charged for the failed attempts. There is an option to enter a discount code just before the payment is finalised in the shopping cart.

Each and every order is double checked for quantity, quality and condition before it is dispatched. The customer emailed us informing that only the right boot was delivered. We conducted a stock check within our warehouse and did not find any pair with a missing shoe. As a goodwill gesture, we sent a replacement. All the customer’s emails were replied within 24 hours.
