“I bought some women's Pikolinos lace-up shoes from Legend. They arrived quickly, fit well and are very comfortable. My only slight grouse is that the colour is less attractive (a paler brown) in real life than online, though I appreciate it's difficult to show colours accurately online.”

“Item as described, communication very good. The only thing letting them down was the length of time that delivery took to arrive, which was more than likely due to the lack of correspondence from Royal Mail.”

“Very smart and comfortable shoe however mine arrived with light scratches in the leather. No time to request a replacement as they were purchased for a wedding. Delivery fast so worth the £1.99 24 hour post, ordered good Friday and arrived easter Sunday. Although mine were flawed which was very disappointing I would recommend Legend Footwear for there speedy dispatch and Large variety of footwear.”

“There is a need for the plastic bags - on both foot; as like you said - its a tight fitting ! Yes they are comfortable.”

“I bought a pair of Dr Martens Chelsea boots at good price. I cannot fault the service, value and product quality. Boots arrived quickly and well packaged, and they look great. However they are so hard to get on and off, it was an absolute ordeal. They may stretch, as I believe dm's are meant to stretch and soften, but it's also a risk they may remain difficult to put on and off, so I will probably sadly return them.”

Thank you for reporting this. We are glad to know you received your boots quickly, in intact condition & at a great deal. However, as fitting is subjective to every individual & can differ from brand to brand, size to size & even sometimes model to model. We do offer 30 days free returns for full refund provided they are unworn & in brand new condition. We are sad to know it was not a good fit & advise to re order some different brand /size.
