The order was dispatched on the day we received it via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service. However, there was no answer when the delivery was attempted the next day leading to failure in delivery. The customer then again requested redelivery for the item which was eventually delivered on the 3rd day from the day it was dispatched. We request customers to be available at their mentioned address to collect the package. We advise customers to contact us prior to leaving any feedback to assist them with the best possible solutions.

“As a company your service was excellent, as for the boots, well that's a different matter! Far too small and I always get size 9. Also the quality control is poor as one of the boots has a fault were the rubber rand meets the leather upper.”

We have quality inspection before dispatching each order wherein no issues were found. Also, we have requested images from the customer for further inspection which we have yet not received. The fitting of each footwear differs from brand to brand & even sometimes the same size from two different brands does not fit the same. However, we have provided free prepaid return label to return the footwear for a refund to the customer.

Initially, the customer provided us with incorrect order information and we were unable to find their order details in our system. Later we were able to find the order after we requested the buyer to send us an email with the order details and they forwarded the order confirmation email. We advise buyers to provide us with the correct order information when they contact our customer support team so it's easier and quicker to assist.

Order was dispatched on 31st December Thursday and the courier only accepted the shipment on 4th January which is a Monday. The courier does not process and y shipments on Public Holidays and weekends. The shipment was delivered to the buyer on 6th January. All our standard shipments within the UK are delivered within 2-3 working days. “Product is good, but I'm really annoyed with the delivery. Legend Footwear didn't pass on my full address to the courier. It delayed the delivery and required a few phone calls to sort out. I wouldn't be too bothered if delivery was free, but I paid for it... probably won't be ordering again”

We provided the courier company with the same, full address which the customer provided upon placing the order. The parcel was despatched on 18 November 2019 and a few days later we were informed by the courier company that the phone number is needed in order to deliver the parcel. We emailed the customer and asked them for the required information since they haven't provided any contact number. The customer said they were already in touch with the courier and provided missing details. As per the tracking details, we can see that the parcel was delivered on 25 November 2019.

The customer had only one order with us. We checked our system and we noticed that we only received the payment once. We advised the customer to check this transaction with PayPal. The customer got back to us and confirmed that their bank sent a wrong notification and everything is cleared now.

It is unfortunate that the shoes did not meet the customers’ expectations but we dispatched the same item as advertised – hi shine hard leather. We advise our customers to contact us if they have any question relating any product we sell as we are always willing to help. We double check each and every order from our website to ensure any item being shipped from our warehouse is exactly the same as the product advertised online. We offer free returns for all UK customers so any customer who is unhappy with their purchase can return their item to us using our pre-paid label.
