Delivery was pretty quick considering I asked for the name engraving option. The only slight disappointment was that the reboxed torch was a bit "grubby" and should have been wiped spotless before re-boxing after the engraving job. Take this on board as customers expect a high level of professionalism. Otherwise, operation-wise the torch itself is up to my expectations fully.
