“Visiting Laura Bond's stunning boutique was like walking into a fairytale. The warm welcome I received was second to none!! I felt truly valued as a potential customer and had several questions to ask before deciding to go ahead with my piercing. There was no pressure in any way, I was comfortable and at ease. The 14kt Yellow gold tiara labret I chose was such a sparkling statement piece. Lora Rose, my piercer, was very professional yet so very friendly and it was a terrific experience to be tended to by her. I would highly recommend Lora, she is really outstanding. All of Laura Bond's team were incredible and really went out of their way to take care of me during my visit. 10☆ treatment and care from the second I arrived. Thank you!”

“I actually went into the Edinburgh store before ordering online to see some pieces. I wish I caught the lady’s name but I did not (she had short blonde hair, I feel she might have been the manager? If not then she should be!!). She was so lovely and helpful, basically crafted my Christmas list for me to take back to my mum and dad. Was so nice going into a jewellers up town and feeling welcome (usually can be snobby). Thanks so much for your help! ps- the earrings were stunning as well :)”

“Really lovely helpful team at Laura Bond. Beautiful jewellery - they have an amazing selection which they can pierce with. The team were great at helping me to select what I wanted and show me how it would look before I went ahead with the piercing. My piercer Sarah was amazing - I barely felt it! Great after care advice. Super happy and would highly recommend - I will definitely be back for more”
