“Easy to navigate and use website, with a huge selection of rugs on offer, checkout was simple though I did have an issue with delivery which wasn't Land of Rugs fault, but they helped resolve it. Originally have ordered a different rug, but have been notified via email that unfortunately it was on back order and I could get an instant refund or wait. As I recently moved into my new home, I decided to get a refund and chose a different rug, which I must say, I love.
