Extremely Poor after service from these guys. They like to quickly take your money, but seem to think that you are lying about a faulty item, saying that they will have them tested. REALLY, like I've got nothing better to do than claim a Refund with all the hassle. This must be their way of wearing customers down so they don't claim a refund. Very poor customer service.

Purchased some light bulbs but unfortunately was unsuitable, I contacted and asked if they could be returned for a refund, I was sent the return address and told this wasn't a problem.

I contacted one of your colleagues by phone who checked that you were out of stock of the bulbs that
I ordered,
The bulbs I recieved instead were not suitable for our needs, i returned them to you hoping for a refund.

Frustrated. there was no way to get a delivery notification from the courier, so they literally asked me to stay home 24/7 waiting. ridiculous.
after waiting 4 working days to get my order delivered, i received it damaged and not usable. Have sent an email for refund but no follow up.
