“my fluorescent tube was broken when I received it from the courier. I assume broken in transit. I got in touch with the lamps online . no problem, they sent me one within two days. couldn’t ask for better service.”

“Lamp is fine. Packing was very poor. Contents loose inside and air bubble wallets most were empty.”

“The LED tube was a successful replacement for the previous fluorescent tube. The packaging was good so everything arrived intact. I installed the tube and replacement starter and it worked first time. I placed the order on line and had no reason to communicate with the company so I have nothing to add in the questions below.”

“Companies can say they give good service but it's their responsiveness and actions that really show how they treat customers. These guys were excellent. I ordered a light tube and it was packaged really well but right in the middle of Christmas it didn't stand a chance against a fully loaded DPD van and my first package unfortunately got delivered folded in half. Which for a bulb isn't a good thing! However, sent a pic and email to these guys and they instantly sent out a replacement that was successfuly delivered. Thank you. Quick, efficient and helpful.”
