“I purchased the fluorescent light from a well known supplier but they didn't supply the replacement tubes. I searched online and found General Lamps. I called and spoke to a gentleman who provided excellent advice and he was very knowledgeable. Subsequently I placed an order for twice as many as I needed. When they arrived a couple of the tubes were broken. I called and explained the situation to a lady on the telephone. She was very understanding and dispatched two replacements that arrived within two days. Excellent advice and customer service and would certainly recommend.”
