“The lamp was fine but I was very disappointed with the delivery service. I paid £10 to ensure a next-day delivery due on Friday and the lamp was delivered on the following Monday, hence a waste of £6.01.”

Hi Margaret, Sorry that you where dissapointed. Our next day delivery services operate Monday to Friday so an order placed Friday will be delivered on Monday. we do state this at point of ordering Best Regards Service

“Still not received my order.Called the company auto answer said all operators busy leave number and will call back still awaiting callback .If a small order was a problem don't know what will happen to a larger order.In a dilemma.Haven't bothered to even ask for a refund.”

Hi Lalit, We sent your goods on the 4th January ? I have tracked and can see that it hasn't yet been delivered. Please wait until Wednesday , if you still haven't received your goods please let service know and we will send replacements. We are still experiencing some delays following the recent strike action by Royal Mail Best regards Service Team
