“We purchased some stage light bulbs which arrived quickly and intact having been well packed. Unfortunately due to the age of our equipment the bulbs didn't last very long but customer services were excellent and gave us good advice in conjunction with the manufacturer of the bulbs as well as kindly sending us out replacements free of charge even though they could have just left us to it.”

“I ordered some hard-to-come-by fluorescent tubes. They arrived damaged. I believe that it was the courier that did this as the package was taped on the outside in the middle. When I contacted Lamps2udirect, they responded quickly with a replacement. It was perfect. I cannot fault their customer service. I would use them again.”
