“Communication very poor. I made 2 queries about the product but failed to receive any response. Once I purchased the product , I received it as expected.”

“I ordered 2 types of bulbs 9 days ago and have just received them. I know that not everyone can match Amazon Prime overnight delivery but I was hoping for something better. The replacement for my R 80's at least fits the socket which the previous replacements I have tried from B & Q have not. Hopefully they will be long lasting as they are considerably more expensive than the R 80's they replace.”
