“I was looking for a new leather biker jacket to replace my old one, which I’ve had for many years. I was so pleased, when I stumbled across Lakeland Leather and found the absolute, perfect brown biker jacket. The jacket fits perfect. The finish on the leather gives it , a sort of aged look. It’s not shiny. I love the style, love the colour and finish. Very rock n roll ! Brilliant company !”

Pleasantly surprised and waited only 3 days from ordering to receiving. Most definately will purchase again from lakeland leather and Highly recommend not something l do much of..”

“The ordering and product quality was very good. Unfortunately the items had to be returned due to fitting, style etc. It would have helped if the address on the return label gave the exact address of the building as out of the 3 parcel companies I tried could not give an exact address on their system and I could not commit to returning a parcel to an address they could guarantee. I appreciate you will receive loads of parcels but the addition of the name of the building would have assisted greatly.”

“I haven’t received my order yet! Apparently my local shop has a delivery on a Monday — this will be 10 days after placing my order. It would have been quicker to have the item delivered to my address. I’d have happily paid the delivery cost if I’d known the Click and Collect would take this long.”

Sadly it was just a tad small for me so I returned it directly to the shop and was refunded in full. No queries, no hassle, just excellent service and a lovely jacket which sadly was not quite right for me.
