Extremely helpful, polite and very customer friendly. the shop in Bowness on Windermere had the item I wanted when it was unavailable online and they sent it through within 5 days of my ordering from them. If you can't find the item you're looking for, it's worth a call to the headquarters to let you know which of their shops has that item in stock. Their phone number is on their website. I will only buy Lakeland Leather jackets because they are excellent quality and beautifully made for the price.”
